- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.
- Maintain professional relations with the candidates.
- Use social networking tools to tap talent.
- Interviewing and testing job seekers.
- Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview.
- Building relationships with employers and job seekers.
- Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed.
- Good communication must (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and use new tools
- Coordination with different teams for positions available
