Overview :

Tailoring the website to meet specific business goals and operational requirements of home service providers, whether it’s booking systems, service catalogs, or customer feedback mechanisms.


Responsibilities :

Project Planning : Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordination : Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Budget Management : Prepare and track project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks.

Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and facilitate team communication.

Quality Assurance : Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Documentation : Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports.


Qualifications :

--> Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
--> 3-5 years of project management experience in real estate.
--> Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
--> Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
--> PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • -> Design and update job descriptions
  • -> Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
  • -> Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • -> Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • -> Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • -> Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • -> Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • -> Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • -> Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • -> Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • -> Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Requirements And Skills
  • -> Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • -> Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • -> Experience with sourcing techniques
  • -> Understanding of referral programs
  • -> Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • -> Sound judgement
  • -> MBA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
